    Here you will find detailed instructions for processing a return or exchange. The policy is calculated from the date of receipt of the order. Please check if any of these items apply to you, and if the item(s) are covered by our 90-day return policy.

    The following reasons are covered by our 90-day return/exchange policy (shipping and replacement costs are the customer's responsibility)

    We shipped the wrong order or item(s), you received broken items, or the quality of the products received is poor/defective.

    You received the product with a different photo or text than the photo or text provided to isipes.

    The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day return policy and we are not responsible for them.


    You chose the wrong size bracelet(s) or ring(s).

    Personal reasons. You changed your mind, taste, etc. Personalized items are unique and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

    Products have been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to chemicals may change the appearance of your pamvelo product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.

    Products are damaged by poor handling or maintenance.

    Silver parts deteriorate due to oxidation; over time they may turn black. To remove this, clean with the silver polishing cloth to restore the original appearance.

    Return Procedure:

    To check the condition of the order, please contact us with:
    -Your order number
    -Clear photos of the items that are a quality problem.

    Our customer service department will follow up on your request and reply as soon as possible.
    Once we confirm the validity of the warranty, we will carry out the refund or exchange very soon.
    Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and may take an additional 7-10 business days for the charge to appear in your account used for payment.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin production of the custom items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, your order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
